customers through their purchasing journey, providing expert advice
on various products, and creating a welcoming environment that
encourages education and exploration. Your enthusiasm and product
knowledge will help customers find the perfect strains, edibles,
concentrates, and accessories to enhance their experience. This
position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of
the evolving cannabis industry while fostering a positive, engaging
retail atmosphere. Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable
cannabis products and accessories. Educate customers on different
strains, consumption methods, effects, and proper usage to ensure
informed choices. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently
for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information
about new or featured items to promote upselling opportunities.
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking
shelves, and ensuring product availability. Manage inventory levels
through regular stock checks and assist with receiving shipments to
keep the sales floor well-stocked. Assist in creating an inviting
store atmosphere through effective merchandising and cleanliness
practices. Support team members with supervising responsibilities
when needed, fostering a collaborative environment. Qualifications:
Previous retail Cannabis sales or customer service experience is
REQUIRED Familiarity with POS systems (Dutchie), cashiering
procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions and inventory
control. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate
customers clearly about products and store policies. Demonstrated
supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities
within the team. Knowledge of cannabis products, including strains,
edibles, concentrates, and accessories is required; training will
also be provided. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
accurately and managing stock levels confidently. Ability to
multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention
to detail and excellent customer service standards. Join us in
