Access Interactive LLC is looking for an experienced sales
leader to help take our growing company to the next level.

you'll be responsible for generating consulting services
engagements and other information technology solutions by pursuing
partner leads, new business prospecting, and even creating new
revenue streams where appropriate. You will identify high-level
sales opportunities, prepare proposals, make presentations to
clients, negotiate prices-and most importantly, close deals.
As a vital part of the team responsible for selling Access
Interactive IT solutions, you will -
Identify qualified leads using a variety of methods, including
contacts within the industry, networking, Internet searches, and
other traditional marketing techniques.
Build and manage excellent relationships with clients and
Ensure continued relationships with clients throughout their
technology lifecycle, working with other departments as necessary
to ensure customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate a high level of energy and professionalism in working
with internal and external networks.
Actively cross-sell opportunities for hardware, software and
Develop and maintain an active pipeline of business
Make regular sales calls to develop relationships and proactively
follow up on leads.
Develop and maintain professional/referral relationships with
appropriate vendors and consulting communities.
Develop and deliver professional, effective Access Interactive
presentations and proposals (hardware, software and services).
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships by resolving problems and following
up on the status of projects in a team selling model.
Maintain up-to-date awareness of Access Interactive LLC's solution
offerings as well as industry trends and advancements.
Involve additional Access Interactive sales and services team
members as appropriate in sales opportunities to ensure that the
most effective solution is presented to the client.
Maintain appropriate consultative knowledge of industry, including
required brand and solution certifications.
Participate in sales forecasting and planning in an effective
manner by -
Communicating to manager the status of sales activity via regular
reporting and forecast meetings.
Developing and updating an annual account plan, including defining
goals, strategies, and resources.
Monitoring, analyzing, and communicating monthly sales data to
contribute to product/service planning.
Tracking all sales activity, opportunity and sales funnel activity
in the company CRM system.
Bachelors' degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related
Minimum of five (3) years' experience selling Microsoft, Cisco,
Dell, VMWare, Managed IT services or similar Information Technology
solutions in a value-added reseller (VAR), manufacturer, or
Other Position Requirements:
Presentation and communication skills.
Problem-solving, customer service, negotiation, and follow up
Ability to uncover customer needs and match those needs to
appropriate IT solutions.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Knowledge of contract and scope of work terminology.
Maintenance of specific vendor certifications, such as Microsoft,
Cisco, VMWare, Dell or others.
Ability to sell into midmarket and enterprise clients.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay starts at $50,000 to $90,000 a year depending on
Sales and technical training.
