General SummaryUnder the direction of the President, the Recruiting and Sales Specialist shall coordinate and implement all recruiting activities. In addition, the Specialist will utilize sales and communication skills to promote Rivetus services to prospective clients.Principle Recruiting Responsibilities Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies establishing best practices and adjusting strategies as needed. Track and analyze success of recruitment efforts, recruiting costs, time to hire, etc. Coordinate advertising including initial contact, ad development, ad placement, candidate tracking and follow-up with leads. Verify advertising invoices, and track advertisement and recruitment costs. Coordinate and attend recruiting events including initial contact, registration, materials development, selection and coordination of team members, and presentation. Contact assigned colleges and various other groups regarding employment opportunities. Coordinate internship opportunities with school partners. Post staffing needs with internal and external sources. Follow up with all leads from all sources (website, ads, recruiting events, etc.) Conduct telephone interviews with candidates for employment. Provide information and answer all questions from potential applicants regarding positions for which they are interested, including but not limited to pay rate, locations, work hours, company policies, benefits and physical job requirements. Analyze candidate qualifications and assign to appropriate job placement. Assist with conducting employment verifications, reference checks, licensure/credentials and background investigations. Manage and update the company Applicant Tracking System. Make accurate and timely job offers including wages, benefits and start date and communicate with all appropriate department Directors. Attend and participate in meetings as directed reporting relevant information. Provide immediate and courteous customer service to employees and potential referral sources.Principle Sales Responsibilities Produce Marketing materials (print, web, mobile, social media) and develop communication strategies to attract new customers. Attend healthcare events, client networking and relationship building activities. Possess an understanding of the business with an ability to "sell" based on customer's priority needs. Coordinate company marketing events designed to promote the business. Pursue with tenacity and resilience, confident of company solutions for prospective clients. Deliver marketing materials within the community to promote the company business answering sales calls as needed. Provide support to company President and Sr. Vice President for purposes of Business development. Perform other related duties as required and assigned.Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferable in Healthcare (SNF) Bachelor's degree preferredSkills and Abilities: Excellent presentation and organizational skills Professional written and verbal communication and appearance Ability to work independently, take initiative and be resilient Results oriented, confident with creative execution Strong customer relations and networking skills Ability to exercise professional judgement, and flexibility when analyzing problems and recommending solutions.
