Flagpoles Etc sells a wide selection of Flagpoles, flags, parts and accessories, and other products and services.Flagpoles Etc. is searching for a full-time Sales and Customer Experience Representative/Product Specialist to help us provide unparalleled sales and support to customers over the phone, email, social media, and in person.This position revolves around the ability to network, build relationships with clients through the entire process of sales and service. Providing a top level of dedicated service and support. There is a wide range of duties in this position, including to: Duties and Responsibilities Be knowledgeable about the product - This includes learning about the products and services and keeping current on new products, including self-study. Learning current business policies and procedures. Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising/selling techniques. Customer service skills to listen to the questions and concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs. Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network. Identify prospective customers , lead generation and conversion. This can include calling and/or meeting with potential customers. Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs, products, and project specifications. Emphasize the features of products and services to highlight how they are superior in the marketplace. Answer questions about the products - Using both sales literature, and company provided product information. Using the internet and related computer software. Determine pricing and terms and working with management when needed to prepare sales estimates and invoices. Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors to process orders and services. Maintain contact lists for estimates for scheduled follow up Follow up with current customers to continue relationships and after the sale/installation, quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Required Skills and Abilities One year customer service and sales experience. Self-starter and the ability to be motivated to learn and grow with the company. Excellent organizational skills are required. Attention to detail . Keeping good notes and documentation on customers, estimates, and invoices. Basic computer skills required: Ability to use the internet, data entry, email, etc. Software skills helpful: Quickbooks, SalesForce, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Complete initial 90-day training . Continue to train on new products, gaining knowledge both from management and through self-study. Compensation Starting wage range is based on experience and knowledge of our products and services. Experience in sales and customer service contribute to a higher starting wage. Paid Training Base salary: $15 to $18 per hour to start.
