Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN to serve as
Director of Nursing, overseeing clinical services and supervising
nursing staff. Candidates should have a current RN license, 5+
years of clinical management experience (preferably in long-term
care), and prior DON experience is highly preferred. Must be
knowledgeable of nursing practices, laws, and regulations related
to long-term care, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day clinical operations
and ensuring high-quality resident care. Benefits include
